Sign Up Now for New Pest Management Assistance
The NRCS, Natural Resources Conservation Service, through EQIP, the Environmental Quality Incentives Program, is now offering organic orchardists financial assistance for 2010 along with the regular orchardist funding for 2011 as an incentive to advance the use of integrated pest management with practices new to a particular farm. The deadline for FY2010 Organic EQIP is Feb. 1, 2010
The deadline for FY2011 EQIP funding is July 15, 2010
The regular EQIP applications for FY2010 submitted by the August 14, 2009 deadline are under review.
